The Challenge

KidzCubicle, a UK-based startup from Reading, had an exciting concept:

A “Drop & Shop” kids play area inside malls, where parents could safely leave

their children to explore brain-stimulating games while they shopped stress-free.

But there was one major roadblock — UK malls rejected the proposal.

They demanded performance records of past outlets, which the brand, being a startup,

simply didn’t have.

Their dream risked being shelved — until they came to us.


Our Solution

We helped flip the entire execution model — and turned rejection into redirection.

● Proposed launching their first store in India where retail infrastructure and footfall

patterns supported concept-testing

● Identified ideal malls through realtor collaborations

● Successfully launched KidzCubicle in The Marina Mall, Chennai

● Managed end-to-end pre-launch marketing and on-ground launch support

The concept was localized, simplified, and emotionally positioned for Indian families.
